Overview

We are seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to join our International Business Services team in London. This role requires a strategic adviser who can influence and implement people-focused initiatives that drive business success.
Main Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leaders to craft and implement effective people strategies tailored to business needs.
- Offer expert guidance, challenge assumptions, and provide insights on organizational structure, workforce planning, and key business decisions.
- Champion and support transformation and change management projects within the firm.
- Work closely with global HR Business Partner colleagues and Centres of Excellence to align international HR priorities with local execution.
- Coach and empower leadership to enhance management skillsets and drive high performance.
- Lead or participate in strategic HR initiatives that support organizational objectives.
- Handle complex employee relations cases and provide escalation assistance when required.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and guiding leadership teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management prowess with a constructive and influential communication style.
- Strong commercial awareness linking HR strategies to tangible business results.
- Experience operating within international or matrixed organizational settings.
- Capability to apply analytical and data-driven insights to HR decision-making.
- Ability to integrate strategic planning with effective operational delivery.
- Proficient in managing sensitive and complex employee relations issues confidently.
