Step into a role where your work brings brightness and satisfaction to guests every day. As a Housekeeping Associate at our hotel, you play an essential part in maintaining pristine environments and delivering warm hospitality that creates memorable experiences for guests throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness across public spaces such as restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event venues by performing routine tasks like dusting, polishing furniture, vacuuming, mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash bins.
• Enhance guest experience by greeting visitors warmly, providing requested items promptly, and assisting with room cleaning when required.
• Manage housekeeping supplies efficiently by stocking and organizing supply rooms to ensure smooth operations.
• Execute periodic deep-cleaning activities including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors to uphold hygiene and presentation standards.
• Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to help keep the property in excellent condition.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least two years of experience performing similar housekeeping duties in the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with daily housekeeping operations on guest floors.
• Capability to handle physically demanding tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for long durations.
• Consistent adherence to cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Efficient task management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Basic verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and supervisors effectively.
• Readiness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge about the safe use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and related safety procedures.
