Role Overview

We are looking for a committed and detail-focused Housekeeping Associate to deliver impeccable cleanliness and upkeep of guest suites, public zones, and back-of-house areas. The role demands maintaining high standards of hygiene and presentation, reflecting our luxury ethos by providing discreet, intuitive, and flawless service aligned with our distinguished setting.

Primary Duties

• Thoroughly clean, maintain, and service upscale guest rooms and public spaces in alignment with brand protocols and operational procedures.
• Ensure all accommodations are consistently supplied with premium amenities, fresh linens, and comfort essentials as per management's directives.
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and preferences swiftly and professionally, ensuring utmost confidentiality and discretion.
• Promptly communicate any maintenance needs, damages, or safety concerns to the housekeeping supervisor or maintenance departments.
• Oversee cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenity inventories, accurately noting and reporting any shortages or irregularities.
• Uphold strict confidentiality relating to guest privacy at all times.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards rigorously throughout daily operations.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Prior experience in housekeeping within a 5-star luxury hotel, resort, or premium hospitality environment is essential.
• Impeccable attention to detail coupled with excellent personal grooming and hygiene standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities presenting a courteous and hospitable attitude.
• Capability to perform efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Willingness to work on rotating shifts including weekends and holidays as operationally required.
• Possession of certification or diploma in Hotel Management or Housekeeping Operations is advantageous.
