Housekeeper

Overview

We are seeking a dedicated housekeeper to help maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our hotel guests. The role involves comprehensive cleaning duties within guest rooms and common areas to provide an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and stocking of supplies in communal areas including lobby, hallways, and restrooms.
• Perform room-specific cleaning activities such as making beds, laundering linens, replenishing toiletries, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting, and ironing.
• Keep accurate records of cleaned rooms, report any lost and found items, note damages, and identify maintenance needs.
• Ensure all rooms meet the hotel's quality standards prior to guest check-in.
• Assist guests by responding to general queries when needed.

Candidate Requirements

• Preferably a minimum of one year experience as a professional housekeeper.
• Demonstrates strong time management, organizational skills, and effective communication.
• Possesses a high school diploma, G.E.D., or an equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with various cleaning agents and methods.

Compensation

Hourly wage ranges from $13 to $14.
