Role Overview
The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to ensure cleanliness and orderliness in assigned apartments, common areas, and the health center as relevant.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out general cleaning tasks in apartments, including vacuuming, bathroom and kitchen sanitation, and dusting of all uncluttered flat surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of hallways and communal spaces as instructed by a supervisor.
- Complete all assigned work adhering to the priorities set by the supervisor.
Candidate Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Between three to six months of experience in housekeeping or janitorial services is required.
- Competency in English sufficient for reading, writing, understanding, and communicating basic instructions, memos, and correspondence.

Compensation and Work Schedule
- Starting pay is $15.00 per hour.
- Work schedule includes one full-time day shift and two part-time day shifts.
Location and Commute
Employees must reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Bradenton, FL 34209 before their start date.
