Position Overview
This role transcends general housekeeping duties by focusing on crafting an extraordinary guest experience. As a key member of the hotel team, you will engage in a variety of housekeeping tasks to maintain impeccable cleanliness and presentability throughout the property.
Key Responsibilities
You will be entrusted with ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean and well-stocked, responding to guest requests promptly, and keeping the hotel’s appearance inviting. Mobility and independence in managing your workspace are required, along with a hands-on approach to executing duties including lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment and Expectations
Positions require considerable physical activity such as standing, sitting, or walking for long periods. Professional appearance, adherence to company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and compliance with safety and quality standards are essential.
