Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, offer seating options, escort them to tables, and present menus with a warm and efficient approach.
• Manage guest flow effectively by handling reservations, walk-ins, waitlists, table plans, and seating assignments throughout shifts.
• Maintain and update daily reservation records to ensure accurate communication between staff and management.
• Prepare the dining areas according to expected guest volume and reservation details to uphold service excellence.
• Coordinate and arrange special functions and reservations within the restaurant seamlessly.
• Conduct daily team briefings to relay updates on promotions, specials, guest feedback, events, and relevant notices.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously, maintaining a friendly demeanor at all times.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the menu and all product offerings.
• Adhere to Hilton grooming standards, including proper uniform, cleanliness, and personal hygiene.
• Manage phone inquiries professionally, taking clear and accurate messages when necessary and directing them without delay.
• Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety standards to provide a safe environment.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the restaurant’s seating arrangements to optimize guest experiences.
