Overview

Iceland Foods is seeking dedicated Home Delivery Drivers in Colchester, England. This role involves delivering grocery orders to customers, ensuring excellent customer interaction and upholding the company's commitment to quality service.

Key Responsibilities

• Load delivery vans safely, including handling heavy items with proper manual handling techniques.
• Drive responsibly, always following safety guidelines and regulations.
• Conduct routine checks on vehicles to maintain safety and functionality.
• Ensure that food products reach customers in excellent condition.
• Deliver outstanding customer service during every interaction.
• Assist store staff when necessary to support operations.
• Work autonomously managing your schedule efficiently.
• Be adaptable to shift timings, which can range from early morning (6am) to late evening (11pm).

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a valid full driving license with a minimum of 3 years' experience and no more than 6 penalty points.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and customer-focused attitude.
• Be punctual and adhere to deadlines effectively.
• Display strong knowledge and adherence to road safety principles.
