Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day kitchen activities including food preparation and production while ensuring consistent quality and strict cost management to boost profitability.
• Partner with Executive Chef and Food & Beverage leadership to design and update menus using seasonal ingredients and current culinary trends.
• Handle inventory control, procurement processes, and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure cost-effective, high-quality ingredients.
• Participate actively in financial reviews, manage food and labor costs, and develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and profit margins.
• Engage with guests and internal teams to gather feedback, supporting initiatives that elevate the overall dining experience.
• Lead and mentor kitchen staff by monitoring performance, offering coaching, and fostering a motivational work environment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-related regulations to protect both guests and team members.
