About the Role
A reputed Buying House is seeking a female Hardgoods Merchandiser to be based at Gurgaon–Faridabad Road, Sector 2, Gurugram. This position requires experience handling various categories within hardgoods such as home décor, handicrafts, lifestyle products, cosmetics & personal care, kitchen & dining, furniture and accents.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage merchandising activities related to hardgoods with a focus on product development, sampling, costing, production, and order execution.
- Collaborate effectively with buyers, suppliers, and manufacturing units to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain strong communication channels and utilize MS Excel for reporting and coordination.
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant experience in hardgoods merchandising, ideally within a Buying House environment.
- Familiarity with the entire merchandising cycle including product development and order fulfillment.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in sectors such as home décor, handicrafts, lifestyle products, cosmetics & personal care, kitchen & dining, furniture and accents is preferred.
Additional Details
- Work Schedule: 5 days per week.
- Salary Range: ₹35,000 to ₹45,000 per month.
- Cab facility available from the Metro station for commuting convenience.
