Guest Relations Agent

Position Overview

This role transcends the basic responsibilities of guest check-in and check-out by focusing on crafting memorable and distinctive guest experiences. The Guest Relations Agent is entrusted with delivering a wide array of services throughout the guest’s stay, taking proactive measures to fulfill operational needs, respond to guest requests, generate reports, and highlight local attractions to enrich the overall experience.

Key Duties and Expectations

• Ensure smooth and welcoming guest interactions by managing check-ins, check-outs, and other requests.
• Initiate and carry out various guest services independently to enhance visitor satisfaction.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, uphold confidentiality, and protect company assets.
• Maintain high standards of quality, personal presentation, and professional communication.
• Be physically active during shifts, including standing, walking for extended periods, and some manual handling of objects up to 10 pounds.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned to promote efficient operations and guest happiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum educational attainment of a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
• No prior work experience is necessary for this role.
• No supervisory experience or specific licenses/certifications are required.
