Job description
Role Overview
We are looking for a Guest Management & Protocol Specialist to assist with the organization and delivery of guest services, protocol tasks, and stakeholder experiences for a significant international event. The specialist will be key in orchestrating the arrivals, departures, and engagement of VIPs, dignitaries, official delegations, and important stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and implementing guest management and protocol activities.
- Manage coordination of VIPs, VVIPs, dignitaries, and stakeholders for arrival, departure, and event participation.
- Oversee guest lists, invitations, seating arrangements, and accreditation processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams, governmental bodies, venues, and various service providers.
- Support protocol planning for official ceremonies, meetings, and special functions.
- Handle guest communications and hospitality arrangements and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure that the guest experience consistently meets event and protocol standards.
- Compile operational reports, schedules, and briefings for stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 2 to 5 years of experience in protocol, guest management, hospitality, event coordination, customer service, public relations, or stakeholder management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Professional demeanor in VIP and stakeholder interactions.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic proficiency is highly advantageous.
Contract Specifics
- Fixed-term contract effective from 1st October 2026 to 8th February 2027.
- Position is based in Saudi Arabia.
