Position Overview
As a Guest Environment Expert at Westin, part of Marriott International, your role transcends basic room cleaning. Your responsibilities encompass a broad range of housekeeping activities aimed at preserving the cleanliness and visual appeal of the entire hotel facility. Empowered to independently address various tasks, you will manage everything from fulfilling guest requests to maintaining rooms, public areas, and stocking supplies, ensuring the hotel environment enhances the overall guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service through thorough maintenance of guest rooms and hotel public spaces.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and maintain housekeeping carts with necessary supplies.
- Ensure workplace safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintain professionalism in personal appearance, uniform, and communication skills.
- Engage in physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, and moving objects up to 50 pounds independently.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, non-management position located in Savannah, GA at 1 Resort Dr. Shifts available include day and evening hours. This role requires being onsite with no remote work option.
