Overview

As the initial point of contact at our hotel, the Guest Arrival Expert plays a vital role in creating an unforgettable first impression. This role extends beyond arrival to ensure guests leave with a smile, feeling thoroughly cared for throughout their stay. The position involves proactively delivering a comprehensive range of services that guide guests during their arrival and departure, managing operational tasks, responding to guest inquiries, producing reports, and sharing local area highlights. Each interaction is crafted to be an integral element of the entire guest experience.

Working Environment and Expectations

Regardless of position, a commitment to a safe workplace is mandatory along with adherence to company policies and confidentiality requirements. Protecting company assets and maintaining high-quality standards are essential. Professionalism is expected in uniform, appearance, and communication. The role requires standing and moving around for extended periods and a hands-on approach including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects up to 23 kg solo, and heavier items up to 34 kg with help. Performing these physical and other routine tasks competently is crucial to delivering exceptional guest service and contributing positively to business success.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

• Completion of secondary education or an equivalent General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
• No prior relevant work experience is required.
• No supervisory experience is necessary.
• No licenses or certifications are mandatory.
