Job description
About the Role
Join a fast-growing AI company specializing in automating approximately 90% of front-desk operations for UK letting and estate agencies. As a GTM Engineer, you'll serve as a hands-on builder directly collaborating with the founders to develop systems that empower the commercial teams to accelerate revenue growth by reducing manual processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop automation for sourcing, data enrichment, deduplication, and scoring to provide sales teams with prioritized task lists instead of spreadsheets.
- Manage the entire inbound capture process from form submission through enrichment, routing, and initiating first responses within minutes.
- Automate administrative activities related to sales and marketing such as briefs, CRM maintenance, follow-up communications, and reporting.
- Create reliable, trustworthy reports for leadership to facilitate smart decisions regarding channels and pipeline management.
- Utilize Claude and Claude Code daily to integrate tools through MCP and APIs efficiently.
- Identify and address operational bottlenecks in other business areas by extending automation strategies.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in production-level programming with Python, TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
- Familiarity with APIs and database management.
- Between 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in engineering, technical product roles, data science, or personal projects.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging large language models (LLMs) beyond simple prompting, including agents, tool integrations, retrieval systems, evaluation processes, or unattended workflows.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales funnels and the ability to distinguish significant metric changes from negligible ones.
- Experience working with data quality processes such as enrichment, matching, and deduplication.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a technical project manager, forward-deployed or solutions engineer, growth engineer, revenue operations professional, or a technical founder.
- Hands-on knowledge of modern go-to-market software tools like Clay, Apollo, CRM automation platforms, and orchestration systems or experience building on the Claude API/MCP.
- Background in B2B SaaS or vertical markets targeting non-technical customers with limited time; experience in the property sector is advantageous.
Compensation and Work Arrangements
- Salary up to £90,000 per year plus equity participation.
- Hybrid working model requiring presence in the office four days per week at the London location.
