About the Role

We seek a dependable and diligent Groundworker to join our team for a project based in Farnborough, commencing Monday.

Key Duties

• Perform general groundwork tasks such as excavation, drainage installation, kerbing, paving, and concrete preparation.
• Support site preparation, conduct reinstatement works, and aid in laying drainage and utility infrastructures.
• Utilize hand and power tools responsibly while keeping the workspace clean and orderly.
• Adhere closely to site plans, follow instructions, and maintain compliance with all health and safety standards.
• Coordinate effectively with site supervisors and various trades to ensure timely project completion.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in groundworks or civil construction environments.
• Possession of a valid CSCS card is preferred or required.
• Strong knowledge of site-specific health and safety practices.
• Dependable and punctual, able to function well within team settings.
• Having a full UK driving licence is beneficial but not mandatory.
