About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic candidates to join our permanent team at RAAF Amberley as Groundspeople. This entry-level position offers the chance to work outdoors while developing new skills in grounds maintenance within a supportive company culture that values respect, inclusivity, and empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform various maintenance tasks for the upkeep of site grounds and gardens.
- Identify potential risks involved with grounds maintenance activities and manage them accordingly.
- Receive comprehensive training to operate equipment such as ride-on mowers, whipper snippers, and other groundskeeping tools.
Candidate Requirements
- A current Open Driver's Licence is essential.
- Ability to obtain and hold a Defence Security Clearance, which requires Australian citizenship.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive mindset, and dedication to delivering high-quality results.
