Role Overview

Located at the Burlington Head Office and reporting to the Director of Marketing, the Graphic Designer will create and implement creative assets that support various hospitality, golf, spa, dining, and event brands. This role involves transforming business objectives and brand identity into visual communications that enhance brand awareness, engagement, and commercial success across multiple channels including digital, print, on-premise spaces, campaigns, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and produce design projects adhering to brand standards across print, digital media, social channels, menus, advertisements, and venue environments.
  • Develop concepts from creative briefs aligning with marketing goals and brand positioning, including rough layouts, mockups, and final production-ready files.
  • Revise and evolve existing creative materials ensuring consistency with brand identity.
  • Manage print checks and ensure files meet print and digital specifications.
  • Maintain organized digital assets with best practices in file management.
  • Provide design support for company-wide needs such as presentations, trade materials, signage, internal communications, and event collateral.
  • Track market trends and competitor activity to keep design content contemporary and relevant.
  • Stay updated on global design, video, and aesthetic innovations, integrating luxury creative insights into brand presentation.

Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 4+ years of professional graphic design experience within in-house brand or agency environments.
  • Strong preference for candidates with hotel, restaurant, or related industry design background, especially in multi-location or multi-client settings.
  • Portfolio showcasing campaign work and effective brand storytelling.
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere, CC Libraries), Figma, and Canva.
  • Expertise in typography, layout design, and photo retouching.
  • Preferred experience or capability in video design and editing for platforms like reels; training available if lacking.
  • Familiarity with print production processes and emerging design tools including AI platforms is advantageous.
  • Ability to think strategically with strong problem-solving aptitude.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for hospitality sectors such as hotels, restaurants, and spas is highly valued.
  • Any prior hospitality industry experience, even outside design, is considered a bonus.
