Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-premises role located in Dubai, centered on delivering creative graphic assets to support marketing, corporate communication efforts, and digital campaigns for Allocation Assist Middle East. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for crafting visuals for both online platforms and print materials, devising branding components, preparing layouts, and coordinating with internal teams to uphold visual coherence. Duties include turning intricate ideas into clear, compelling visual narratives, refining current design elements, and adhering to brand guidelines tightly. Additional responsibilities encompass preparing presentation designs and aiding design requirements for promotional events and campaigns.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated graphic design expertise, with a history of producing polished digital and print visuals.
- Experienced in logo creation and maintaining consistent branding across diverse media.
- Proficient in typography, selecting and applying suitable typefaces to strengthen brand identity and optimise readability.
- Advanced knowledge of leading design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, with awareness of web and social media design nuances.
- Exceptional attention to detail coupled with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to integrate feedback and work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
- Educational credentials in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a comparable discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A portfolio showcasing a diversity of design projects including branding, logos, and promotional materials; prior exposure to healthcare or professional services sectors is a plus.
