About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Global HRM Faculty member to deliver practical and industry-relevant training focused on Human Resources practices, particularly tailored to Qatar's HR environment and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct students on fundamental HR concepts, recruitment, talent acquisition, and onboarding processes.
- Provide training on Qatar-specific topics such as visa processing and Qatarization policies.
- Teach Qatar Labour Law, HR compliance matters, and employee relations strategies.
- Deliver modules on training and development, employee engagement, retention strategies, and performance appraisal techniques.
- Guide learners through payroll management and the administration of end-of-service benefits.
- Facilitate practical learning sessions utilizing HR case studies, real-life workplace scenarios, and interactive exercises to reinforce concepts.
- Coach students on effective HR job search strategies including CV preparation and interview skills development.
Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline.
- Has at least two years of experience in HR roles or HR-focused training.
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of Qatar HR practices and labor laws.
- Exhibits excellent communication, presentation, and instructional skills.
- Experience working within Qatar or the GCC HR landscape is advantageous.
