German Speaking Technical Sales Representative

About the Role

At Formlabs, a pioneer in 3D printing technology serving top global innovators such as Apple, Tesla, and NASA, we are expanding our Direct Sales Team based in Berlin. This position bridges technical expertise and business engagement, offering STEM graduates an exciting opportunity to apply their knowledge in a commercial setting.

As a Technical Sales Representative, you will consult with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored additive manufacturing solutions. You will manage and grow your sales pipeline by actively pursuing leads and responding to inbound queries through phone and email. This role involves hands-on training to become an expert on Formlabs products and fostering strong relationships with industry leaders aligned to their sales development. Additionally, you will represent Formlabs at trade shows and customer events, showcasing cutting-edge additive manufacturing technologies.

Candidate Profile

• Must be graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field.
• Should be prepared to start full-time employment in October 2026.
• Fluent proficiency in German and English is required.
• Must possess a curious and results-driven approach, being able to learn and adapt from challenges and setbacks.
• Excellent communication skills are essential, including the ability to collaborate well within a team and also work independently.

The total compensation package includes a base salary starting at €62,000 per annum for entry-level candidates, plus an uncapped, performance-based monthly bonus. Final salary and bonus structure are commensurate with experience, skills, and expected contribution.
