About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Generative AI Engineer to take a leading role in crafting and launching cutting-edge Generative AI solutions. This role is based in Bengaluru or Gurugram and requires a professional with 6 to 10 years of hands-on experience in AI and machine learning domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Head interdisciplinary teams in designing, developing, and delivering innovative Generative AI applications.
- Create comprehensive machine learning pipelines covering the entire lifecycle: training, validation, evaluation, and deployment of Generative AI models.
- Design and implement scalable AI APIs and services to effectively support applications built on large language models (LLMs).
- Customize, train, and fine-tune large language models to meet specific business objectives and project needs.
Required Skills and Tools
- Expertise with large language models (LLM) technologies and frameworks such as Hugging Face.
- Proficient in relevant AI and machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
- Strong programming skills in Python and R.
- Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI architectures.
- Familiarity with advanced NLP models like GPT, BERT, and T5.
Additional Information
This position demands a leadership mindset to guide cross-functional project teams effectively. The compensation package ranges approximately between $49,400 and $71,100 annually. The role is full-time and onsite at either the Bengaluru or Gurugram locations.
