Role Overview
This full-time position is located at the company's manufacturing site in Daman. The role primarily involves supporting daily production operations by performing fundamental production tasks, managing materials appropriately, and ensuring the workspace remains clean and orderly. Duties include supervised machine monitoring, promptly communicating issues to supervisors, adhering strictly to safety and quality protocols, and assisting in maintaining production records under instruction. Collaboration with fellow shop floor associates and compliance with direction from senior personnel are integral to this role. Shift work availability is necessary.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Consistent adherence to operational and safety standards is essential.
- Some familiarity with manufacturing or factory workflows is preferred; experience in plastics or packaging is advantageous.
- Physical stamina to stand for prolonged periods, safely handle materials, and carry out routine manual operations.
- Openness to learning new methods, following guidance, and functioning effectively within a team-oriented setup.
- Dependability, punctuality, and meticulousness in fulfilling the assigned responsibilities.
- Minimum qualification includes completion of secondary or higher secondary education; vocational or technical credentials in manufacturing processes is a bonus.
- Comfortable working on-site in Daman, with willingness to engage in shift rotations.
