Note that the franchisee owns the license for McDonald's branding and products but functions as a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA. Role Overview
The General Manager will oversee a profitable restaurant operation, ensuring adherence to McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. This senior role includes goal-setting in collaboration with leadership and executing strategies to achieve these objectives.
Leading a team of Department Managers, the General Manager will assist in goal creation, track progress, and provide coaching to enhance departmental performance, thereby boosting overall restaurant success. Recruiting and developing managerial staff to strengthen the leadership pipeline is also a key responsibility.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate brings prior general management experience, preferably within fast-paced quick service restaurants or related hospitality and retail sectors. Managers must be aged 18 or above.
