Job description
Role Overview
The General Manager for Operations will be responsible for managing all aspects of domestic BPO operations at the Square Raipur facility. This leadership role demands strong management skills, structured execution capabilities, operational know-how, and partnering across functions to guarantee smooth daily workflows, meet organizational objectives, and drive continuous enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities of the domestic BPO process.
- Ensure that operational performance indicators such as KPIs, SLAs, productivity, quality, CSAT, and AHT meet defined business targets.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, SOPs, client expectations, and quality benchmarks.
- Monitor and optimize operational processes to boost efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across HR, Workforce Management, Quality, Training, Finance, Technical Support, and Administration.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships ensuring delivery against KPIs.
Eligibility and Qualifications
- Minimum experience of 12 years in domestic BPO operations, including managing multiple inbound customer service centers with at least 400 employees headcount.
- Graduation degree in any discipline is required.
- Immediate availability for joining is preferred.
