General Labourer

About the Role

We are seeking dependable General Labourers for immediate employment on local construction sites in Hythe, Kent. This position involves supporting skilled trades people such as carpenters, bricklayers, and groundworkers.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist trade personnel with various tasks on site.
• Unload material deliveries and ensure site pathways remain unobstructed.
• Perform general site clearance, manage waste, and help with setup activities.
• Strictly follow health and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid CSCS card is preferred; however, candidates with entry-level site experience will also be considered.
• Provision of full personal protective equipment including hard hat, high-visibility clothing, and safety boots.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic, good physical fitness, and punctuality.

Employment Details and Benefits

• Salary ranges from £14 to £17 per hour depending on experience.
• Work schedule is Monday to Friday with standard day shifts and potential overtime opportunities.
