Position Overview
The General Laborer will engage in various production areas utilizing different hand and power tools to support manufacturing operations. This role corresponds to the afternoon shift, running from 3:00 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate diverse hand and power tools such as drills and tape measures in production tasks.
- Perform duties across multiple manufacturing zones as assigned.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience using hand and power tools effectively.
- Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities.
- Physical ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds.
- Adaptability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting.
- Consistent punctuality and reliability.
- Willingness to work overtime during weekdays and weekends if necessary.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is advantageous.
- Commitment to safety, including compliance with respirator use policies.
Safety Compliance
The role may require wearing a respirator. To comply with occupational health and safety standards, employees must be clean-shaven in areas where the respirator seals against the face to ensure proper fit and protection. Meeting this requirement is essential for employment.
