About the Role

Key Duties

• Provide exceptional service by greeting, engaging with, and thanking customers.
• Keep shopping carts readily available near store entrances.
• Ask open questions to understand customers' project needs and offer appropriate assistance.
• Assist customers in safely loading their merchandise based on trained safe loading procedures.
• Maintain clear and safe exits and loading zones; regularly clean debris from parking areas.
• Adhere strictly to all safety and loss prevention policies.
• Operate equipment using proper safety protocols.
