Full-time Merchandiser

About the Role

We are seeking immediate hires for full-time Merchandisers to join a growing company featuring popular retail brands including Red Baron®, Tony's®, Freschetta® pizza, Mrs. Smith's® and Edwards® desserts, bibigo®, and Pagoda® Asian-style snacks.

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay of $20

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure company brand products are consistently stocked and prominently displayed in assigned retail locations
• Merchandise and rotate inventory effectively
• Construct and sustain attractive product displays
• Deliver excellent customer service and foster positive relationships with store staff
• Maintain clear communication with coworkers

Candidate Requirements

• Previous experience in a grocery setting
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to safely lift up to 35 pounds and maneuver frozen products using proper equipment
• Own a smartphone compatible with company technology needs
• Willingness and ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening
