Primary Responsibilities

• Engage meaningfully with guests to deliver a superior customer service experience that respects their time.
• Identify guest needs to offer personalized purchasing and return assistance.
• Educate guests about product features and benefits to support informed decisions.
• Manage smooth transaction processes including omnichannel services like buy online/pickup in-store and ship-from-store according to company protocols.
• Stay active on the sales floor to attend to guests’ requirements promptly.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues and improve satisfaction.
• Promote a welcoming and supportive team environment celebrating diversity and inclusivity.
• Build positive working relationships with colleagues to enhance team and store performance.
• Assist colleagues in optimizing guest service and store operational tasks.
• Maintain product presentation standards through restocking and organizing merchandise.
• Utilize in-store technology effectively to aid operations and guest interactions.
• Perform routine cleaning duties to uphold the store's premium atmosphere.
• Follow safety policies to ensure a secure workplace.
• Adhere to all relevant organizational policies and legal requirements.

Candidate Eligibility and Requirements

• Legal authorization to work in Ireland where the store is located.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Proof of Right to Work and compliance with local legal requirements (EMEA region).
• Ability to commute independently to the assigned store.
• Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable working in an environment featuring bright lights and loud music.
• Capacity to move around actively throughout shifts to assist guests and carry out duties.
• Capability to handle lifting boxes weighing up to 30 pounds (13.6 kg).
• Willingness to work both collaboratively and independently as needed.

Qualifications and Preferences

• While not mandatory, a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent is appreciated.
