Full-Time Caregiver

Your role will focus on making a significant difference in the lives of our elderly residents by providing dedicated care and support. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily needs in accordance with individualized care plans under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Monitor residents closely and promptly report any changes in their condition or behavior to the senior nursing staff.
• Maintain a safe, comfortable, and respectful living environment that honors residents' privacy and dignity.
• Offer empathetic care by recognizing and responding to the needs of each resident.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of the care provided to residents.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess either a Level 3 Health and Wellbeing certificate with a minimum of three years’ relevant experience, or a Level 4 Health and Wellbeing certificate or an equivalent qualification.
• A genuine empathy for older adults and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life in a residential care setting.

Additional Information

• This full-time position requires a minimum of 30 working hours per week, potentially including weekend shifts.
• The hourly wage ranges from $25.30 to $31.78, depending on experience.
