Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Executive to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Greater Visakhapatnam location. This position entails managing all reception-related activities, welcoming visitors, delivering excellent customer service, handling enquiries, overseeing front desk tasks, and ensuring the reception area is well-organized and inviting. This role serves as the primary contact point for guests and plays a crucial role in facilitating effective communication to meet guests’ needs smoothly.

Qualifications and Skills

• Strong interpersonal capabilities to foster positive interactions with guests and team members
• Experienced in receptionist responsibilities such as call handling, schedule management, and guest reception
• Exceptional communication and attentive listening skills to engage effectively with visitors and colleagues
• Customer service expertise to create a welcoming and supportive environment for guests
• Comprehensive knowledge of front office operations
• Ability to multitask efficiently, maintain organization, and handle issues with prompt resolution
• Fluent English communication; skills in local languages are a beneficial addition
• Hospitality or wellness industry experience is highly preferred
