Front Office Agent

Overview

This role transcends typical guest check-in and check-out procedures to craft memorable and unique experiences for each visitor. Front Office Agents are empowered to proactively manage a variety of guest requests and operational tasks, ensuring an exceptional and seamless stay.

Primary Duties

• Deliver a broad array of services guiding guests throughout their visit.
• Efficiently handle operational requirements, respond to guest inquiries, and complete necessary reports.
• Share local highlights and insights to enrich the guest experience.
• Maintain a professional appearance, uphold quality standards, and adhere strictly to company policies and confidential information protocols.
• Contribute to a safe working environment by following safety guidelines.
• Engage physically by standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods and performing hands-on tasks that may involve lifting or moving objects up to 10 pounds without assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent GED.
• No prior related work or supervisory experience required.
• No specific licenses or certifications necessary.
