Job description
Position Summary
The Fleet Supervisor is responsible for documenting all vehicle incidents and providing detailed incident reports to management. This role involves reviewing shift logs and daily memos, guiding guests with directions and information about property services and nearby attractions, and managing vehicle traffic on site to ensure legal parking and smooth flow. Communicating parking procedures to guests and visitors, arranging guest transportation, recording advance requests, and maintaining security of vehicles and keys also fall under this role. Additionally, the supervisor inspects property vehicles and monitors parking areas for security issues, reporting concerns to management.
Additional Responsibilities
- Assist management with employee training, scheduling, evaluation, discipline, and motivation.
- Act as a role model and first contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
- Adhere to company policies, report accidents and unsafe conditions, complete safety training, maintain professional appearance, and protect company assets.
- Welcome and assist guests warmly, addressing their service needs and helping guests with disabilities.
- Maintain clear and professional communication, accurately handle written documents, and manage telephone etiquette.
- Foster positive working relationships and support team goals.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting objects up to 10 pounds, and reaching overhead or below the knees.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Educational attainment of high school diploma or G.E.D equivalent.
- A minimum of one year of related work experience.
- At least one year of supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
