Role Overview
As a Fleet Operations Driver, your primary focus will be on the effective distribution and maintenance of e-scooters throughout the city. This role involves ensuring scooters are charged, safely parked, and readily available for users, while also managing misplaced or damaged scooters by retrieving and returning them to the warehouse for repairs.
Responsibilities
- Operate company vans to deploy e-scooters and swap batteries across various city locations.
- Maintain orderly parking of e-scooters, preventing street and sidewalk clutter.
- Locate lost e-scooters, verify their condition, and either reposition them or return them to the warehouse.
- Conduct minor repairs roadside to maximize fleet availability.
- Support warehouse operations when needed.
Candidate Profile
- Possess an EU B driving license and proficiency with manual transmission vehicles.
- Experienced, cautious, and reliable driver familiar with local geography; prior professional driving experience is an advantage.
- Proactive with a hands-on approach and ownership mindset towards challenges.
- Good command of English and comfortable using smartphones and mechanical tools.
