Overview
Anderson McQue is recruiting on behalf of a highly established organization in the Renewable Energy sector, located in Waterford, offering a hybrid work setting. The company seeks an experienced and driven Financial Controller to report directly to the CFO within a multinational environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting month-end financial reporting
- Overseeing cash flow management
- Handling all tax-related matters
- Preparing and managing budgets
- Coordinating audits, maintaining banking relationships, and liaising with group partners
- Ensuring robust financial controls and governance frameworks are upheld
- Supervising and leading the current Finance Team
Qualifications and Skills
- Fully qualified accountant with ACA, ACCA, or CIMA certification
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure
- Strong people management capabilities
- Decisiveness in decision-making processes
- Exemplary leadership qualities
- Takes accountability and ownership of responsibilities
