Job Role

This full-time, on-site position for a Filled Operator, located in Umm Salal, Qatar, involves managing filling machinery to ensure precise, safe, and efficient filling of chemical products. Duties include overseeing production lines, verifying product quality, labeling and packaging containers, and accurately maintaining batch and quantity records. The role requires adherence to safety protocols, proper use of personal protective equipment, and timely reporting of any machinery faults or process irregularities to supervisors. The operator will also participate in routine cleaning and basic upkeep of equipment, and coordinate with warehouse and quality control departments to maintain smooth production flow.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Capable of safely operating and supervising industrial filling and production line machinery.
• Basic knowledge of chemical handling, safety rules, and using personal protective gear.
• Meticulous in filling accuracy, labeling, and maintaining documentation for batches and product volumes.
• Ability to adhere to instructions, standard operating procedures, and quality control measures.
• Physically fit to stand for long periods and perform tasks such as lifting, moving containers, and equipment cleaning.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety, cleanliness, and organized workstations.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or chemical production environments is advantageous.
• Possesses basic reading and math skills; vocational or technical certifications related to the field are preferred.
• Willing to work shifts per production needs and collaborate well with colleagues and management.
