Main Responsibilities

• Lead your store team, supported by the deputy store manager
• Manage store appearance including ordering processes, implementation of presentation guidelines, and daily operational tasks
• Personnel management including creating duty rosters and encouraging employee growth
• Recruitment to expand your store team
• Regular communication with regional management involving discussion of results and store development

Who We Are Looking For

• Completed vocational training; ideally with experience in a similar retail leadership position
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong sense of responsibility
• Excellent communication skills to motivate and develop your team through feedback
• Availability for 40 hours per week across five days, including regular weekend and evening shifts
• Willingness to complete an eight-week onboarding in one of our trainer stores in Germany
