Field Service Representative II

Overview

This role involves providing technical application and service support on-site, assisting customers and collaborating with sales teams to deliver effective water treatment solutions in petrochemical downstream facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with District Sales Representatives to initiate and support new chemical treatment implementations.
• Conduct routine and specialized service operations such as system audits, sample analysis, data logging, report generation, and inventory oversight.
• Install, calibrate, and upkeep chemical feed and monitoring devices.
• Diagnose operational issues, propose corrective measures, and escalate more complex problems when necessary.
• Develop strong relationships with customer staff and encourage best practice adoption.
• Record service reports, help with chemical procurement, and contribute to technical proposal preparations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering.
• Experience of 1 to 3 years in the water treatment field.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving history.
• Knowledge of chemical feed systems, monitoring instruments, and fundamental process instrumentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
