Field Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Field Sales Executive to actively engage in field operations focused on Kotak 811 savings account openings. This role involves face-to-face interactions with clients and requires a goal-oriented individual skilled in customer engagement and sales.

Key Duties

• Travel in designated areas to connect with potential and existing clients for lead generation and sales closure.
• Promote and sell company products and services effectively to customers.
• Develop and sustain strong customer relationships for long-term engagement.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Perform market research to spot new business prospects and trends.
• Manage follow-up communications and maintain a consistent sales funnel.
• Report daily on fieldwork activities and achievement levels.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrable prior experience in field sales or related functions.
• Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and attain sales targets.
• Preparedness to travel within assigned territories.
• Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer service principles.
• Preferred educational attainment is a bachelor's degree or equivalent sales/marketing experience.
• Experience in both business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of CRM software tools is beneficial.

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 18000 to 35000 INR.
