Field Sales Executive

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated ZED Bronze Surveillance Officers / Assessors to conduct field inspections and assessments of MSME and factory units in accordance with ZED guidelines. This position involves visiting various units, verifying compliance, capturing photographic evidence, and completing thorough documentation through the ZED App.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct visits to MSME and factory units for ZED Bronze Surveillance assessments.
• Confirm compliance by inspecting units against prescribed ZED standards.
• Document findings with photographs and complete digital reports using the ZED App.
• Engage professionally with business owners and unit staff during inspections.
• Finalize assessments by deciding Approve, NC (Non-Conformance), or Reject statuses based on factual inspections.
• Submit completed assessments and reports within the allotted timeframe.

Work Details

• Regular allocation of surveillance cases, with 8 to 10 visits expected daily depending on workload.
• Surveillance areas typically fall within 10 to 20 kilometers of the candidate’s residence.
• Field visits must be performed promptly to meet schedule requirements.
• Assessment report tasks can be completed remotely from home using personal laptop or desktop and internet access.
• No responsibility for marketing, sales, or lead generation is involved.

Compensation and Benefits

• Fixed monthly salary of up to ₹30,000.
• Monetary remuneration of ₹400 per completed surveillance case.
• Potential eligibility for additional performance-based incentives.
• No penalties for legitimate Non-Conformance (NC) case findings.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor's degree as a mandatory educational credential.
• Possession of a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license is essential to conduct field visits.
• A laptop or desktop computer with internet access at home is required for remote reporting.
• Strong communication skills and comfort with visiting manufacturing facilities and conducting assessments.
• Applicants must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• Adherence to ZED/QCI protocols is critical; unethical conduct, including falsification of reports or photographs, will not be tolerated.
