Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Field Sales Executive to join our Sales department on a full-time basis. This role welcomes candidates with up to 2 years of work experience, including freshers.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in person to promote our products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
- Regularly visit market areas to assess competitor activities.
- Keep accurate daily records of visits and sales progress.
- Ensure follow-ups with customers to complete sales transactions timely.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of at least 12th grade; graduates are preferred.
- Strong communication abilities and persuasive skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently for fieldwork.
- Basic familiarity with smartphones, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Excel.
- Previous sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
Compensation
The salary ranges between 10,000 and 14,000 INR per month.
