- Ensure all interventions meet quality standards before returning vehicles to service or handing over to depot teams.
- Relocate vehicles across zones as directed to ensure fleet availability.
- Assist in vehicle recovery when autonomous return to depot isn't possible.
- Prioritize safety and reduce downtime by responding dynamically to operational demands during shifts.
- Collaborate closely with depot, remote teams, and management for seamless operations and reporting.
- Adhere strictly to Moove AV safety protocols during all tasks.
- Complete accurate reports, incident logs, and documentation promptly following each intervention.
- Follow all standard operating procedures and escalate exceptions when necessary.
- Maintain personal vehicle and equipment readiness for rapid deployment at any shift moment.
- Cover rotating shifts—including mornings, evenings, and overnights—with a six-day on and one-day off schedule.
- Remain accessible and adaptable to operational needs throughout the shift.
Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a valid UAE driving license with a minimum of three years of driving experience and a solid driving record.
- Have thorough knowledge of UAE road laws, traffic regulations, and RTA requirements.
- Demonstrate confidence and capability in handling vehicles under a variety of conditions.
- Quickly assess situations and make sound decisions independently under pressure.
- Comfortable with contemporary digital communication tools and applications.
- Exhibit strong time management skills and dependable work ethic.
- Capable of working outdoors for long periods in diverse weather conditions.
- Proficient in English language communication.
- Experience in field operations, logistics, emergency response, or related roles is desirable.
- Minimum education requirement: High school diploma or equivalent.
Success Indicators

- Timely and precise completion of field reports and documentation.
- Consistent adherence to safety and compliance standards with zero lapses.
- Reliable communication keeping the operations team informed of location and status.
- Minimized operational downtime due to on-road vehicle issues.
Team Environment
You will report directly to the Fleet Operations Manager and regularly engage with the broader Operations Team. The team culture is collaborative, positive, agile, and mission-driven, focusing on innovation in vehicle ownership and financial empowerment. Moove emphasizes diversity, equity, and inclusion, welcoming candidates from a broad range of backgrounds.
