Job Overview

We are seeking a Feedback Collection Executive to gather valuable client feedback by directly visiting client locations. The role entails collecting, organizing, and analyzing feedback data to extract meaningful patterns and insights, which will drive improvements within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out feedback collection by visiting clients personally.
• Collate and analyze the obtained feedback to discover trends and crucial insights.
• Generate detailed reports highlighting feedback results for internal teams.
• Work collaboratively with various departments to facilitate enhancements based on feedback.
• Keep thorough records of all feedback collection activities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Experience ranging from zero to two years in feedback gathering, market research, or similar roles.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Proficient analytical skills and effective problem-solving aptitude.
• Familiarity with data collection and analysis software or tools.
• Ability to operate independently as well as collaboratively within teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Preferably holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
