• Engage actively in value engineering sessions to optimize project costs and designs.

Qualifications

• At least four years of focused experience in commercial or public works estimating.
• Strong expertise in public bidding procedures, unit pricing methodologies, and relationships with subcontractor networks.
• Proficiency in construction estimating software such as On-Center, Bluebeam, and WinEst.
