The F&B Support Expert plays a vital role in ensuring seamless food and beverage operations by performing a variety of support tasks. These include setting up tables, assisting kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness of work areas, and restocking supplies to enable smooth service transactions.

Key Responsibilities

The F&B Support Expert must be proactive and versatile, helping in every aspect to facilitate outstanding guest experiences. This role requires physical endurance such as standing or moving for long durations, navigating uneven or slippery surfaces, and performing manual tasks including handling objects weighing up to 11.4 kg independently and up to 22.7 kg with assistance. Other tasks include reaching overhead or below knee level, bending, twisting, pulling, and crouching as needed. Excellence in performing assigned duties and additional reasonable tasks is essential for client satisfaction and business success.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Educational level: Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior work experience is mandatory, though previous exposure to the food service environment is desirable.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Certification or licenses are not necessary.
