F&B Service Expert

Position Overview

This role centers on delivering a memorable dining experience that extends beyond just serving food. As a Food and Beverage Service Expert, you are responsible for proactively providing a wide range of hospitality services to ensure guests enjoy their meals. Key responsibilities include setting tables, coordinating with kitchen staff, engaging with guests during service, and maintaining cleanliness of work areas and equipment.

The role demands physical stamina and a hands-on approach, including prolonged standing or walking, maneuvering on different floor surfaces, reading and verifying menu details, and safely handling items up to 25 pounds independently or 50 pounds with assistance, involving tasks like bending, twisting, and stooping.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate holds at least a high school diploma or equivalent and possesses less than one year of related work experience. No supervisory experience or certifications are required. It is essential to adhere strictly to company policies to maintain a safe and professional working environment, ensuring high quality standards in dress, communication, and service are consistently met.
