Facility Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Facility Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of facility operations in a hospital or healthcare setting located in Raipur. This role involves ensuring optimal functioning of infrastructure, support services, and daily operations.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage everyday operations of facilities and infrastructure.
• Supervise upkeep and maintenance of buildings, equipment, utilities, and various support functions.
• Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, and associated vendors to maintain facility standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote efficient operational workflows.
• Track maintenance schedules and swiftly address any operational challenges.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and facility management regulations.
• Handle vendor relations, service agreements, and expense monitoring.
• Generate reports and maintain comprehensive records on facility management and maintenance activities.
• Support emergency readiness initiatives and maintain a secure work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• At least 5 years of experience managing facilities.
• Preferably experienced within hospital or healthcare industries.
• In-depth understanding of facility operations, building maintenance, and vendor management.
• Strong leadership capabilities with effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and oversee various operational responsibilities efficiently.

Compensation and Location

Monthly salary range: ₹50,000 to ₹60,000, dependent on experience and skills. Based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
