Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle all export-related documentation, including drafting commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Collaborate with shipping agents to guarantee the prompt processing and dispatching of shipments.
- Prepare and audit export-import documents ensuring adherence to international regulations and company standards.
- Track shipment progress and address any logistical issues that arise during transit.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years and up to 10 years of experience in air freight, ocean freight, or export management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of export and import documentation procedures.
- Skilled in the preparation of various shipping documents such as bills of lading.
- Prior experience with freight forwarding companies or third-party logistics providers.
Eligibility
