About the Role

The Grand Hotel Malahide, a distinguished 4-star hotel managed by FBD Hotels & Resorts, is looking for a dedicated and skilled full-time Experienced Dining Waiter to become part of the Coast Restaurant team. This role requires a candidate with at least two years of relevant experience in a similar role within a 3- or 4-star hotel or high-caliber restaurant setting. The successful candidate will be passionate about offering exceptional hospitality and thrives in a dynamic service environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivering warm, professional, and attentive service to guests throughout their dining experience.
• Accurately taking and relaying food and beverage orders to ensure flawless delivery.
• Maintaining exemplary service standards consistently from arrival to the end of each guest’s visit.
• Collaborating effectively with kitchen and restaurant teams to facilitate smooth operations.
• Keeping assigned service areas orderly, clean, and inviting.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum two years of hands-on experience in a comparable waiter role in a 3-star or 4-star hotel environment.
• Deep enthusiasm for food, beverages, and the hospitality industry at large.
• Strong communication skills paired with excellent customer service ability.
